Lewis Hamilton's win in Brazil today has been yet another proof that early, consistent and long term determination to real work pays off massively.
Lewis has been my favourite sports man since I saw his first race last year.
It was not hard to notice him showing all the right ingredients which make real stars, but also very successful business people.
Lewis is incredibly determined, calm, collected, competitive (in a fair manner), incredibly hard working, a nice guy, able to share emotions, positive and consistent.
His bond with father Anthony is incredibly motivational to observe - I don't think I have ever seen them quarrel.
One of my long term dreams is also to introduce my son Ernie to Formula 1 and motor sports.
Ernie has been excited by Formula 1 since the age of one and at the age of two his excitement about 'the fastest circus in the world' is not fading away.
Lewis and Anthony Hamilton have given Ernie and I perfect example of how anyone can make it big in anything through applying age-old tried-and-tested approach to success - hard work and consistency.
I would like to wish Lewis Hamilton all the best in future and am really happy to have witnessed one of the most exciting and inspiring moments in Formula 1 ever.
The fact that it underlines the value of the business principles I believe in is just a great bonus to observe!
