We have been involved in all stages of designing a useful and usable solution for 12 million potential user web service, forming part of Direct.gov.uk portal.
Produced thorough wire frames and user interface specification documentation to hand over to the supplier who developed the solution.
Produced and provided all the necessary User Experience Design artefacts to illustrate the needs of users within the service.
