Flexewebs aim to work with talented and capable people who are passionate about business and Internet.
We do this mostly in a manner which is already beginning to dominate the way in which world will be organised ... as a virtual company.
The main driver behind this approach is the idea of achieving a given goal and achieving it as well as possible, while enjoying the work on the project.
How to become an associate?
We ask for your most up-to-date CV in order to have an insight into your education and experience and to be able to contact you if an appropriate role arises.
When sending us your CV, please include a no nonsense short cover letter which outlines any particular aspects of your character or skill set which you see as relevant.
We do not promise anything to anyone who contacts us. If we do contact you it will be with a concrete requirement and with clear and well formulated project in mind.
Communicating with us
We spend plenty of time on-line and are willing and able to communicate through all forms of on line communication tools.
We are also often in touch with people via telephone and in face to face manner whenever possible and viable. The only form of communication we truly dislike is a fax.
What do we look for?
We are looking for passionate people who are constant learners. You interests need to lie within business and Internet-related knowledge areas. You need to know about how Internet works (in generic terms) and what the current ongoing developments are.
Many of our projects are very interesting and involve clients who are at the forefront of what they do. You need to be able to listen and learn fast, adapt to the working environment and be motivated by achieving concrete deliverables.
Maintaining a good sense of humour is an absolute must! Understanding of Web 2.0 frameworks is a definite advantage.
