I hate working to impossible deadlines when other people are expecting me to be perfect and they are totally disorganised in their own work.
I think that the typical office environment makes very little use of team work and there is a deeply ingrained blame culture in the way most people work in the UK.
This seriously prevents people from being able to achieve results and significantly limits the outputs of office staff.
