Hi Jason – I’m very impressed by your insights regarding Twitter and social v collaboration tools. I’m working on a bulgarian cultural site (in dev) that has both social and collaborative functions. Your ideas gave me great food for thought (e.g. looking at how Google Code encourages collaboration)

I think this is one very interesting critical look at the tools and how its being used; i believe social tools usage at work was over hyped and some organizations lost track on this.
